Calls are answered when someone is available. For anything we need to act on, email is better: it leaves a record.
Correcting a record
If something in a record is wrong or missing, email contact@yakhnama.com with:
- the address of the record's page, copied from your browser;
- what is wrong, and what you believe is right;
- a source if you have one: a news report, an official notice or your own photo.
A moderator reviews every correction and records where it came from. If you sent the report yourself, you can revise it from your reports.
