Report without an account

You can send one report about a hazard you saw, with up to three photos, without an account. A moderator checks every report before anything from it is published.

Before you start

Once sent, the report cannot be seen, corrected or withdrawn from this phone.
Nothing you type is kept on this phone. If you close this page before sending, the report is lost.
You can add up to three photos: JPEG, PNG or WebP.
After the first photo is added, there is a time limit for sending the report, usually 30 minutes. The page shows the time and warns you NaN minutes before it ends. Write first, then add photos.
Before your report can be sent, your phone solves a small puzzle. This usually takes under a minute, and you can keep writing meanwhile. The puzzle makes sending many reports at once slow, so nobody needs to know who you are.
